The Agency's mission to be of good to our community by providing high quality childcare services to members in our community. We are proud that we have been able to accomplish this through our nannying and babysitting services, and by assisting childcare providers who want to improve their programs in all childcare settings by offering Childcare Coaching. However, it has not even put a dent into eradicating a huge problem in the childcare industry that has affected working families since it's existence. Simply put, there isn't enough licensed childcare facilities or providers that offer non traditional hours, back up or drop in childcare options for the working families in our communities. This problem needs to be addressed and solved as soon as possible. Non traditional childcare services is the key to economic development.
We have decided that it is our duty to expand our services by offering licensed childcare in our Studio (which is home based), so that we may be able to help even more working families overcome this childcare battle of not being able to find childcare due to their non traditional work hours, and the special needs that may be present that may require drop in or back up childcare services. Our onsite childcare program will provide back up childcare, non traditional childcare hours, and drop in care services with a whole lot of playful learning experiences offered to the children that will be in attendance. With years of experience in the childcare industry we have no doubt that we can solve this problem of daycares not accommodating non traditional work schedules. We have been able to do this in the homes of many working families, but the cost of having a nanny is prohibitive for a lot (too many) of the members in our community.
As calls for childcare for non traditional hours are coming in at an alarming rate it is our goal that we will be able to become licensed within 90 days. Let's call it a 90 Day Challenge, because if it was easy everyone would be doing it, right? It won't be easy, but it will be worth it.

We are committed to donating 20% of all profits from our nannying and babysitting services right back into the onsite childcare program to ensure that the costs are comparable, and affordable for those who enroll in our program. Make sure your friends and family know about our mission and challenge, I am sure you know of a few prople that are in need of this type of childcare setting and accessibility. Also, let employers know that we will be able to provide childcare for the families that work for them. No longer will employers have to deal with the hardship of not being able to meet their goals due to their employees not being able find childcare to even work later if business needs become in high demand.
